The NECA Legislative Conference is being held on March 28th, 2022 at The Mandarin Oriental in Washington, D.C. Beginning February 15, Washington DC no longer requires proof of vaccination in indoor venues. These changes mean attendees of this year's Legislative Conference will not be required to wear masks or show proof of vaccination at the Mandarin Oriental hotel. However, government facilities will still require masks and certain individual establishments in the city may choose to enforce vaccination and masking requirements.

Full refunds are available prior to February 28th. Refunds less an administrative fee of __$150____ will be given for cancellations received in writing to ____emily.palm@necanet.org______prior to March 21st. Following this date, no refunds will be given. However, you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge.
Conditions:

2. Refund of registration fees less administrative fees – available from 30 days before the meeting to 7 days before the meeting.
3. Alternates may be substituted at any time prior to the beginning of the event.
