We have worked with the JW Marriott Hill Country on a negotiated hotel rate of $239.00 plus a $15.00 resort fee per night at the resort. The hotel reservation link will be provided once you register for the Summit. The deadline for reserving your hotel room is April 22, 2022. The discounted hotel rate is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.

Full refunds are available prior to April 19. Refunds less an administrative fee of $100 will be given for cancellations received in writing to meetings@necanet.org prior to May 6. Following this date, no refunds will be given. However, you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge.
Conditions:
1. Full refunds – available 30 days before the first day of the meeting.
2. Refund of registration fees less administrative fees – available from 30 days before the meeting to 7 days before the meeting.
3. Alternates may be substituted at any time prior to the beginning of the event.
